John E. Morgan

John E. Morgan, 74, of Lancaster, passed away on Tuesday, October 1, 2013, at the Pickering House.

John was a veteran of the U.S. Navy.

John is survived by his step-son, Jack (Sherri) Withem; daughter, Sheena (Mike) Saunders; grandchildren, Ijada Ellis and Jonathon Ellis; great grandson, Zachery Ellis; sisters, Kay Bowersock and Patricia Thress; brothers, Jonas Morgan and James (Sophie) Morgan; sister-in-law, Wanda Morgan; special nieces, Jan Scholl and Marla Morgan; and many other nieces and nephews.

John was preceded in death by his beloved wife of 37 years, Norma; his parents, Clyde and Irene Morgan; and brothers and sister-in-law, Jack Morgan, Sr. and Jerry and Marlene Morgan.

Caring Cremation has taken place with the FRANK E. SMITH FUNERAL HOME, Lancaster.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society in memory of John.
