Jim Sparks

Jim W. Sparks, age 58 of Carroll, died at his residence on August 7th, 2014. He was born in Sandusky, OH on June 6, 1956. He attends Fairfield Christian Church. He has worked 33 years for Columbia Gas Transmission, where he is a project management professional. Jim was an avid golfer and motorcycle enthusiast, who loved his family very much.
Jim is survived by his wife Tracy Sparks of Carroll; daughters, Kathryn Sparks and Charity (Michael) Williams of Coshocton; son, Dustin Sparks of Philadelphia, PA.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
A service will take place at the FRANK E. SMITH FUNERAL HOME, on Monday at 10:30AM, officiated by Pastor Ken Mulpas. Burial will follow at Carroll Cemetery. Family and friends may call at the funeral home on Sunday from 1PM until 4PM. Memorials can be made in Jim’s name to Fairfield Christian Academy, 1965 N. Columbus St. Lancaster, OH 43130.
