Jim Kohli

Jim Kohli, 62, of Jeffersonville, Ohio passed away Tuesday, May 14, 2019. Jim was born on January 17, 1957 in Wauseon, Ohio, the son of the late Ezra and June Kohli. He was married to Sanya Sabins on October 2, 1982. Jim spent his life in the construction field, woodworking and piddling around his barn.

Jim is survived by his wife, Sanya; children, Jennifer (Eric) Tabor of Kalamazoo, Michigan and Jed (Kelly) Kohli of Washington Court House, Ohio; grandchildren, Molly, Teagan, Jonathan, Gunner, Finley, Harrison and Nash; father-in-law and mother-in-law,  Bill and Janet Sabins of Bryan, Ohio; siblings, Dave (Phyllis) Kohli, Gary (Andrea) Kohli, Ellen (Mike) Johnson, Denver (Marge) Kohli, Lee (Melanie) Kohli , Beth Brown and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

Jim was preceded in death by his parents, sister-in-law, Roberta Kohli and brother-in-law, Darrel Brown.

A Celebration of Life service will be on Monday, May 20, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. at the Mt. Sterling Church of the Nazarene, 226 N. Market St., Mt. Sterling, Ohio 43143 with Matthew Johnson officiating.  Caring Cremation® is being handled by the Frank E. Smith Funeral Home and Crematory, Lancaster, Ohio.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Heinzerling Community, 1800 Heinzerling Drive, Columbus, Ohio 43223.
