LANCASTER - Friday, May 4th, our sweet baby girl, Jevaeh Jo Haizel McCormick, passed away in her loving mother's arms. Her older brother said "she climbed the steps to Heaven where her Grandad was waiting for her." She is survived by her parents; Jennifer Jo Finnefrock & Ronald "Haize" McCormick Jr., Brothers; Jahvontae, JaRon, Jeremiah; Sister, Jazlynn McCormick; Gran, Vickie Finnefrock; Great Grandmother, Shirley Trimmer and Shirley McCormick; Aunts and Uncles, Tina (Zach) Hill, Michelle Finnefrock, Crystal Finnefrock, JaJuan McCormick, Ronnel McCormick and Shadeasa Easley; Many Cousins, Great Aunts, Uncles, and special friends. She is preceded in death by Grandad, Mike "Frog" Finnefrock; Great Grandparents John and Ronda Finnefrock; Grandma, Sebrina Wilder-Easley; Grandpa, Ronald McCormick Sr.; Uncle, Rayshawn Easley; and Cousin, Manuel Robles Jr. Everyone she crossed paths with fell in love with her. A special thank you to the carestaff, surgeons and cardiologist in the CTICU @ Nationwide Children's Hospital who showed our girl so much compassion and went above and beyond for all of us. A funeral service will take place on Thursday, May 10, 2018 at The FRANK E. SMITH FUNERAL HOME, 405 N. COLUMBUS ST, LANCASTER, OH, 43105, at 12 P.M. Burial will follow immediately at Amanda Twp. Cemetery. Friends and family may visit from 2-4 P.M. and again from 6-8 P.M. on Wednesday, and then again an hour prior to the service on Thursday.
