Jesse Whitlatch, 32, of Lancaster passed away on Thursday, March 5, 2015.
Jesse will be remembered as a loving father, son, grandson, and brother. Jesse loved to be outdoors - camping, hunting, and fishing. He loved music and playing his guitar. Jesse was a NASCAR and Kentucky Wildcats fan.
Jesse is survived by his son, Jaden; siblings, Audrey (Timm), Matthew, Callie, Sadie, and Haylie; mother, Angela (Hall) Canter; father, Douglas (Raenell) Whitlatch; grandparents, Jim and Sylvia Earley, Beverly Whitlatch, and Martha Canter; special uncle, George Earley; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and extended family.
Jesse was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Robert Whitlatch and Gib Canter.
A memorial service for Jesse will be held at 6:00 PM Sunday, March 8th at the Frank E. Smith Funeral Home, Lancaster with Chaplain Kermit Welty officiating. Family and friends may visit from 4:00 to 6:00 PM Sunday at the funeral home. Caring Cremation has taken place.
Donations may be made in memory of Jesse to Special Olympics Ohio, 3303 Winchester Pike, Columbus, Ohio 43232.
