Jerry Blaine Forsythe

Jerry Blaine Forsythe, 92 of Lancaster, Ohio, passed away on Monday, February 7, 2022.  He was born in Lancaster, Ohio on January 12, 1930.

He was the founder and owner of Forsythe Flooring.  Jerry was very handy and spent hours refurbishing furniture and rebuilding his cabin cruiser. He also painted outstanding pictures.  In addition, he was the Grand Commander of the Alladin Temple Shrine.

He is survived by his loving wife of 44 years, Donna Forsythe, children, Dr. Mike (Linda) Forsythe, Scott (Melanie) Forsythe; step children, Mark (Mary) McGee, mike (Susie) McGee, Penny (Chris) Hollett; several grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Jerry was preceded in death by his first wife, C. June Forsythe and parents, Eloise and Harold Griggs.

A graveside service will be held Wednesday, June 8, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. at Floral Hills Memory Gardens with Chaplain Mark Linn officiating.
