Jeffrey "Duff" Duffee

Jeffrey "Duff" Duffee, age 59 of Lancaster passed May 2nd, 2021 at Fairfield Medical Center.  He was born in Columbus on July 13, 1961.  He learned to weld in high school and continued this on through to  long career with the local 172 Iron Workers Union.  He enjoyed building, flying, crashing, and then rebuilding R/C Airplanes.  He loved spending time with his friends, children, and grandchildren.  Duff's love of life and amazing personality will be greatly missed by all.

He is survived by her loving wife of 12 years, Jodie Duffee; children, Ryan Duffee, Jessica (Josh) Duffee, and Austin Duffee; grandchildren, Jacob and Rylee; mother, Joan Zwayer Duffee; siblings, Jacqui (Hank) Black, Joel (Nancy) Duffee,  and Jill (Viv Fruge) Duffee; several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, several close friends, including John and Bill White; and four legged friends Henry and Benny.

He was preceded n death by his father, Jack Duffee, and for legged friend, Leroy.

A memorial service celebrating his life will take place on Friday, May 7th, 2021 at 5PM officiated by Chaplain Kermit Welty at the Frank E. Smith Funeral Home, 405 N. Columbus St. Lancaster, OH 43130.  Family and friends may call from 3PM until the time of service at the funeral home.  Memorials can be made in Duff's name to Fairfield County Humane Society, 1721 Granville Pike, Lancaster, OH 43130.
