Jeffrey L. Hicks

Jeffrey L. Hicks 66 of Lancaster, Ohio passed away on Friday, August 6, 2021 at Bickford Assisted Living.

He retired from Diamond Power and Specialty Co. with 43 years of service.  Jeffrey was a big time bowler and softball player, loved the Ohio State Buckeyes football and traveling.

Jeffrey is survived by his wife of 39 years, Sherry; son, Austin Hicks; daughter, Amy Hicks all of Lancaster, Ohio; mother-in-law, Helen Ramey of Lancaster, Ohio and a nephew and two nieces.

He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Thelma Hicks, brothers, Kevin and Rodger Hicks.

Funeral service will be held Thursday, August 12, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. at the FRANK E. SMITH FUNERAL HOME CHAPEL, 405 N. COLUMBUS ST., LANCASTER, OHIO 43130 with Chaplain Kermit Welty officiating.  Burial will follow in Floral Hills Memory Gardens.  Friends may visit 2 hours prior to the service at the funeral home on Thursday.
