Jeff D. Derbyshire, 47, of Lancaster, passed away on Monday, November 12, 2012, at the James Cancer Hospital.
Jeff was a loving and caring husband, father, son, and brother who will be sadly missed. Jeff worked at Anchor Hocking for many years until he recently become the proud, new owner of J.B.s Pizza Pub in Lancaster.
Jeff is survived by his wife, Ruth Derbyshire; daughter, Haley Derbyshire; mother, Louise Windland; and brothers, Neil Derbyshire, Rick Derbyshire, and Butch Derbyshire.
Jeff was preceded in death by his father and step-mother, Neil and Sue Derbyshire.
Family and friends may visit from 2-4 PM Thursday at the FRANK E. SMITH FUNERAL HOME, Lancaster. Caring Cremation will follow and burial will take place in Forest Rose Cemetery, Lancaster.
Donations can be made in memory of Jeff to assist with funeral expenses.
