Jayden Disbennet

Jayden Michael Disbennet, 1, of Lancaster, son of Dorothy Warner and Brent Disbennet, passed away on Thursday, August 23, 2012, at Nationwide Children’s Hospital.

Jayden is survived by his parents; brothers, Gabriel Gomez and Hayden Michael Disbennet; and grandparents, Donna Warner, Patrick Warner, and Lena and Tom Putnam.

Funeral service for Jayden will be at 11:00 AM Monday at the FRANK E. SMITH FUNERAL HOME, Lancaster with Pastor Thomas McGranor officiating. Burial will follow in Maple Hill Cemetery, Stoutsville. Friends may visit one hour prior to the service.
