Jarrod Michael Boystel, age 42 of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, went to be with his Lord on December 14th, 2018. He was born to Gary and Kim Buddin Boystel on October 27th, 1976 in Lubbock, TX. Jarrod was a wonderful person who will be greatly missed by his friends, family, and caregivers.
He is survived by his loving mother and father, Kim and Gary Boystel of Virginia Beach, VA formerly of Lancaster; sister, Emma (James) Applebach; and brother, Joshua (Sarah) Boystel.
A graveside service will take place on Wednesday, December 19th at 11AM at Floral Hills Memory Gardens, officiated by Pastor Michael Johnson. Arrangements have been handled through the Frank E. Smith Funeral Home. Online condolences can be made at www.funeralhome.com
