Janet Sharritts

Janet R. Sharritts, age 53 of Delaware, went to be with her Lord on January 12, 2017 at Grady Memorial Hospital. She was born on May 17th, 1963 in Alliance Ohio to David and Judith Field Rausch. She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star, Past Matron, and the Social Order of the Beauceant. Janet was proud of her vast owl collection but most importantly Janet was a wonderful wife, mother, and daughter who will be greatly missed.

She is survived by her loving husband of 29 years, Stephen Sharritts; daughter, Stephanie (Greg Fyffe) Sharritts; mother, Judith Enoch; sisters, Pam (David) Hottenroth and Mindy Enoch; brothers, Dr. Russ (Beth) Rausch and Nick Rausch; several nieces and nephews; and mother and father-in-law, Rev. F. Raymond (Pat) Sharritts.

Janet was preceded in death by her father, David Rausch.

Caring Cremation™ has taken place through the Frank E. Smith Funeral Home. A memorial service will take place on Thursday, January 26th, 2017 at 1 PM at the funeral home, 405 N Columbus St. Lancaster, OH, officiated by Rev. F. Raymond Sharritts. Burial of the urn will follow the service at Forest Rose Cemetery. Family and friends may visit 2 hours prior to the service at the funeral home.
