Janet J. Conkle

Janet J. Conkle, 80 of Thornville, Ohio former resident of Lancaster and New Lexington, Ohio passed away on Thursday, July 8, 2021 at Country Lane Gardens Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.

She was born on July 31, 1940and was a farmer in the New Lexington, Ohio area.  She enjoyed her butterscotch candy.

Janet is survived by her sister, Judith Dowler and dear friend, Janice Craft.  She was preceded in death by her parents.

Caring Cremation® is being handled by the FRANK E. SMITH FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATORY, 405 N. COLUMBUS ST., LANCASTER, OHIO 43130.   A graveside service will be held Wednesday, July 21, 2021 at 11:00 am at Oakthorpe Cemetery.
