James Kinder, Sr

James W. Kinder, Sr. 74 of Thornville, Ohio died Tuesday, October 21, 2014 at the Pickering House. He loved to hunt, fish and take his dog on his golf cart for a ride.
He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Sandra; sons, James W. (Pam) Kinder, Jr. of Buckeye Lake, Ohio, Robert W. (Jodi) Kinder, Carl Allen (Andrea Lynn) Kinder all of Newark, Ohio, and Michael L. Kinder and his friend, Malinda of Heath, Ohio; 10 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren, sisters, Ruth Burris of Gahanna, Ohio, Virginia Ebersbock and Pete Bush both of Reynoldsburg, Ohio; several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Winfield and Ruth Kinder.
Funeral service will be held Friday, October 24, 2014 at 1:00 p.m. in the FRANK E. SMITH FUNERAL HOME CHAPEL, 405 N. COLUMBUS ST., LANCASTER, OHIO 43130 with Pastor trevor Littleton of Fairfield Christian Church officiating. Burial to follow in Floral Hills Memory Gardens. Friends may visit Thursday from 2-4 7 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
