James Farrell III 69 of Canal Winchester, Ohio former resident of Baltimore, Ohio died Monday, November 27, 2017 at The Inn at Winchester Trail.
He served in the US Army Reserves and was an engineer for Rockwell International.
James was a member of St. Mary of the Assumption Church, Lancaster, Fairfield Rotary Club and liked antique cars.
He is survived by his sons, Chris Farrell and Shaun Farrell; brothers, Charles (June) Farrell, Daniel (Vikki) Farrell, and Robert (Suzy) Farrell all of Pickerington, Ohio; aunt, Mary Ann Macioce; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Gary Duncan of Boston, Massachusetts and Tom (Kim) Duncan of Powell, Ohio, Marcia (Bruce Scott) Duncan of Boston, Massachusetts, Sandra (Philip) Bertrand of Columbus, Ohio and Jim Barkow of Pickerington, Ohio; many nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 37 years, Virginia “Ginny” Farrell, parents, James and Virginia Farrell, II and sister, Carolyn Barkow.
A Funeral Mass of Christian Burial will be held Monday, December 4, 2017 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Mary of the Assumption Church with Fr. Craig Eilerman as Celebrant, burial to follow at Floral Hills Memory Gardens. Friends may visit Sunday from 2-5 p.m. at the JOHNSON-SMITH FUNERAL HOME, 207 S. MAIN ST., BALTIMORE, OHIO 43105.
