Jacqueline "Jackie" Viola Cooperrider

Jacqueline "Jackie" Viola Cooperrider, 91, of Baltimore, Ohio, passed away on Sunday, February 2, 2025. Jacqueline lived her life with an unwavering faith that guided her every step.

A devoted Christian, she never missed an opportunity to share her faith. Touching the lives of all who knew her with her compassion, kindness, and a willingness to always speak the truth of the Gospel. Jacqueline was a proud member of the NOW Church, where she was an active participant and a source of encouragement to her fellow congregation members.

Jacqueline was a longtime resident of Baltimore, Ohio, where she lived for over 60 years. An avid gardener, Jacqueline found peace and fulfillment in cultivating her garden, and she was an enthusiastic member of the Basil Garden Club, where she shared her knowledge and passion for nature with others.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Fred Cooperrider, her beloved parents John & Mary Stauffer, several siblings, her son Franklin Ross Hatcher, and three infant children: Faith, John, and Dawn Hatcher.

Jacqueline is survived by her brother Ed Stauffer and sister, June Sullenburger, her daughter in law, Maria Hatcher, her five grandchildren: Erica (Jaime), Sandra, Patricia (Max), Jackie (Marcos), and Franklin, seven great grandchildren: Enrique, Javier, Elias, Liam, Lia, Aeona, and Abigail and nieces and nephews. She will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and all who were blessed to know her.

A celebration of Jacqueline's life and faith will take place on February 8th at 11:00 AM at the NOW Church, 111 W Mulberry Street, Baltimore, Ohio 43105, with Pastor Clayton Warren, officiating. Burial will follow at Maple Grove Cemetery, Baltimore, Ohio.
