Jacqueline R. Banfield

Jacqueline R. Banfield, 72, of Baltimore Ohio, passed away at Fairhope Hospice Pickering House on Saturday, July 27, 2024. She was born on August 27, 1951, to the late Harold and Pearline (Foutch) Banfield.

If you knew Jacqueline, you knew she loved singing and always sang to her caregivers or housemates. Her favorite songs to sing were Mansion on the Hill and Delta Dawn. She enjoyed watching TV shows with her favorites being The Carol Burnett Show and The Lucy Show. 

Jacqueline is survived by her 2 brothers, Rodney L. and Jeffrey L. Banfield. She will be deeply missed by the REM Ohio staff, Learning Never Ends staff, Fairfield County Board of Developmental Disabilities, and APSI, as well as her housemates and many friends. She was preceded in death by her parents. 

Caring Cremation® has taken place.

A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, August 7, 2024, at 10:30 AM at the Frank E. Smith Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Mark Linn officiating.
