Jack F. Nusser 88 of Lancaster, Ohio died Friday, June 7, 2013 at Fairfield Medical Center.
He was a World War II, US Army Air Corp. S/Sgt. serving as a radio operator and mid-ship machine gunner on board B-25 bombers. Jack was retired from Anchor Hocking Glass Corp. with 44 years of service. He was a member of the VFW Post 1380 and American Legion Post #11.
Jack is survived by his wife of 60 years, Carolyn Jean Nusser; children, Mitchell (Dianna) Nusser of Lancaster, Ohio, Paul Nusser of Grove City, Ohio and Kathy (Jerry) May of sugar Grove, Ohio; grandchildren, Daniel May, Jason (Ashley) Nusser, Noah (Sara) Nusser, Jackie May, Whitney (William) Selby and Kevin (Dawn) Mahan; 11 great grandchildren; niece and nephew, Mark, Johanna and Brian.
He was preceded in death by his parents, William Jack and Esther Nusser, brother, Russell “Buck” Nusser and sister, Esther Jean Nusser.
