Jack Miller

Jack David Miller 49 of Amanda, Ohio passed away Monday, January 11, 2016 at Fairfield Medical Center.

He was a technician and welder for Crane One Services in Columbus, Ohio. Jack was an avid OSU fan, loved to fish and was a graduate of Logan High School.

Jack is survived by his wife of 26 years, Sheri Miller; son, Ryan Miller of Amanda, Ohio; daughter, Jennifer (Brian Bishop) Miller of Amanda, Ohio; mother, Darlene Miller of Lancaster, Ohio; brothers, Michael (Debbie) Miller of Groveport, Ohio and James (Jaclyn) Miller of Indianapolis, IN; sister, Debra (Alfanso Limon) Wiseman of Lancaster, Ohio and Diane Travis of Newark, Ohio; mother-in-law and father-in-law, James and Paula Martin of Columbus, Ohio; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Tim (Jean) Martin of Gahanna, Ohio and Steve (Susan)Martin of Canal Winchester, Ohio; many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father, Harold Miller, Jr., grandparents, Harold and Alma Miller, Sr. and Ruby and Mack Hudson.

Funeral service will be held Friday, January 15, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. in the FRANK E. SMITH FUNERAL HOME CHAPEL, 405 N. COLUMBUS ST., LANCASTER, OHIO 43130 with Pastor James Miller officiating. Caring Cremation® to follow the services. Friends may visit Thursday from 4-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
