Irene Moore

Irene Moore, 91, of Lancaster, passed away at the Pickering House on Monday, January 16, 2017.

Irene is survived by her son, Ronald (Sara) Moore; daughter, Carol (Vern) Senig; sister, Betty Morris; sister-in-law, Mary Lou (Jack) Amendt; 6 grandchildren; great grandchildren; nieces; nephews; and special friend, Joanne Mowery.

Irene was preceded in death by her husband, Harold W. “Buck” Moore; 3 brothers; and 1 sister.

Following Irene’s wishes no visitation or funeral service will be held. Caring Cremation through the Frank E. Smith Funeral Home and burial will be in Forest Rose Cemetery. Family is planning a memorial for a later date. Donations in memory of Irene can be made to the Pickering House, 282 Sells Rd, Lancaster, Ohio 43130.
