Herbert Stone

Herbert E. Stone, 86, of Lancaster passed away on Saturday, September 1, 2018. He was born in Mason, W.V., the son of the late Earl and Ida Stone.

Herbert is survived by his wife, Mona Stone; sons, Don (Nancy) Stone, Robert Stone, William (Theresa) Stone, and Michael Stone; daughter, Mona “Melissa” Stone; sister, Margaret (Vernon) Thomas; several grandchildren and great grandchildren; and sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law.

He was preceded in death by his parents; son, Paul “Stevie” Vairamoglou; and brothers, Jim, Earl Jr., Donald, and Kenneth.

Family and friends may visit from 10:00am to 1:00pm Friday at the FRANK E. SMITH FUNERAL HOME, Lancaster. A graveside service at Floral Hills Memory Gardens will immediately follow the visitation.

Donations can be made in memory of Herbert to the funeral home to assist with funeral expenses.
