Herbert E. Friesner, Jr. 77 of Amanda, Ohio passed away on July 8, 2024 at his home surrounded by his family. He was born on August 10, 1946 in Lancaster, Ohio to the late Herbert and Orvelean Friesner, Sr.
He served his country during Vietnam as a US Marine Corps veteran. Herbert retired from the Lancaster Fire Department with 3o years of service then became a semi-truck driver for FedEx.
Herbert was a member of the VFW Post #1380 and Recon Sniper Foundation. He enjoyed making craft beers, home distilling, woodworking, and working on cars. He was strong in the movement of Mega and the Trump movement.
Herbert is survived by his son, Tony (Nicky) Friesner of Amanda; four grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; step-children, David Berry and Debbie Young both of Lancaster; several nieces and nephews; close friends, Sam Price, Ralph Lucker, Jerry Primmer and Bob Piper.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Sharon Sue Friesner and parents.
