Heather Beckley

Heather Kirsten Beckley, 45, of Lancaster passed away Wednesday, November 8, 2017 at the Pickering House. Heather was born in Lancaster, Ohio on January 20, 1972 to the late Donald L. and Alice M. Beckley, Sr. Heather was a long time employee of Fed Ex as a package handler, as well as a supervisor for Amanda Bent Bolt. She was a member of First English Lutheran Church.

Heather is survived by her siblings, Dennis Beckley, Dawnice (Amir Marandi) Beckley, Kimberly (Matt) Johnson, Donald Beckley, Jr., Ronald Beckley, and Trene Beckley; nieces and nephews, Grace Johnson, Jason, Dennis Patrick, Sarah, Meagan, Mallory, Ben, Doni Jo, Abrahm, Jeremy, Patricia, and Alysia Beckley; great-nephews, Devon, Kullen, Daniel, and Kaden; aunts and uncles, Barb Braden, George and Kathy Johnson, and Charlotte and Frank Dresbach; and many cousins. She is also survived by her beloved dog, Jake, and her many close friends.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, November 16, 2017 at 10 AM at the Frank E. Smith Funeral Home with the Rev. Brian Dillahunt officiating. Friends may call on Wednesday from 2-4 PM & 6-8 PM at the funeral home, as well as one hour prior to the services on Thursday. Burial will take place at Maple Grove Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be given to Fairfield County Humane Society, 1721 Granville Pike, Lancaster, Ohio 43130 or the Stefanie Spielman Fund for Breast Cancer in Heather’s name.
