Hazel Smith

Hazel Smith age 89, of Baltimore, passed away at her residence on December 7th, 2011. She is survived by her daughters, Elaine Schwartz, of Amanda, Ellen (Chuck) Vail of FL, Sarah (Les) Woodgeard of Carroll, Susan McCormack of Lancaster;son, Harold Lee (Midge) Smith of Lancaster; grandchildren, Lisa, Harold, Herb III, Ann, Sara, Rachel, Amber, Eric, and Marc; eight great grandchildren; sister, Dorothy (Pete) Marinello of Edgewater Park; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her loving husband (Harold) of 59 years ; son, Howard R. Smith, and infant brother.
A special thanks to both Phyllis and Kim (private care givers), Hospice of Central Ohio, and Crestview Rehab & Skilled Nursing. Memorials can be made to the above or charity of your choice.
A service will take place on Saturday at 10AM at the FRANK E. SMITH FUNERAL HOME. Burial will follow after the service at Floral Hills Memorial Garden. Family and friends may call from 6 PM until 8PM on Friday at the funeral home.
