Granville “Granny” Faulkner, 82, of Lancaster, passed away on May 22, 2021 at the Pickering House. He was born to the late Benton and Chloe Faulkner in Williamsburg, WV on February 12, 1939.
Granny was a devoted husband and father. He worked for 41 years at Anchor Hocking, and was an avid sportsman and hunter.
He is survived by his son, Randy (Kelly) Faulkner; daughter, Michelle (Mike) Purcell; granddaughter, Baylee Faulkner; sisters, Margaret (Lee) Coulter and Esther Hinkle; brother, Austin Faulkner; and many nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Wanda Jean Faulkner; brothers, Charles Faulkner and Gerald Faulkner; sister, Audrey Pearl; mother-and-father-in-law, Clarence and Glenna Spencer; sisters-in-law, Stella Spencer and Marilyn Sue Spencer; brother-in-law, Rick Spencer; and parents.
Family and friends may visit from 6-8 PM on Tuesday, May 25, 2021 at the FRANK E. SMITH FUNERAL HOME, 405 N. Columbus St., Lancaster, OH, 43130. A private burial will take place in Floral Hills Memory Gardens at a later date.
