Glenn Everette Bader, age 86 of Baltimore passed away surrounded by family on August 10, 2021. He was born in Liberty Twp. on Aug 27, 1934 to the late Harley F. and Edna M. Miller Bader. He was a maintenance technician at Kal Kan Foods and was a member of Trinity United Church of Christ. Farming was his passion. He was a Mason at Lodge #475 and enjoyed his John Deere tractors. He loved spending time with his family and will always be remembered for his amazing personality and stories.
Glenn is survived by his children, Glen E. (Margo) Bader Jr., David Bryan Bader, Mark S. (Andi) Bader, Michael Matthew (Melissa) Bader, Pamela G. (Marc) Haberman; grandchildren, Jared Bader, David Haberman, Daniel Haberman, Skylar Bader, Justin Bader, Hunter Bader, Matthew (Marla) Bader, Maxwell (Danielle) Bader, Miles Bader, and Mason (Maddie) Bader; great-grandchildren, Jackson, Ian, Judah, Reagan, Callie, Mary, Andrew, Grace, and Gabriel; In-laws, Debbie Hoffman, Barbara (David) Haffey, Sharon Hoffman, Carol Hoffman, several nieces and nephews, and special friend Alice Tobin.
He is preceded in death by his loving wife of 63 years, Donna Lee Bader; infant children, Larry Lee and Deborah Elaine Bader, parents, and sibling, Richard (Patsy) Bader.
A funeral service will take place on Saturday at 10:30AM at Trinity United Church of Christ, officiated by Rev. Jill Dunlap. Burial will follow at Union Evangelical Cemetery. Family and friends may visit from 4PM until 7PM on Friday at the Johnson-Smith Funeral Home with a Masonic Service at 6:45PM. Donations can be made in Glenn's name to Fairhope Hospice 282 Sells Rd.
