Ginny Myers

Ginny Myers, age 63 of Lancaster passed away on Tuesday morning, May 15th, 2012, at Fairfield Medical Center after fighting a hard battle for several years. She was born in Hocking County on January 26th, 1949 to her parents, Alfred and June Hayden Boals. She worked at CE Glass for 20+ years, the Southeast Sight Center and also the Functional Training Service. She was an avid motorcycle enthusiast who enjoyed spending time with her family.
She is survived by her loving husband of 22 years, Gregg Myers of Lancaster; son, Vincent Brian Hamilton of PA; step-daughter, Monica Alexander of GA, a few grandchildren; siblings; Loretta (Tom) Dabney of Wooster, Darrell (Sharon) Boals of NC, Guy (Shawnee) Boals of Lancaster, Robert (Sally) Boals of Logan, Steve (Kaythy) Boals of FL; several nieces and nephews; mother-in-law, Viola Beatty of Lancaster; and brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Beverly (Jim) Wilson of Amanda.
She was preceded in death by her parents, and brother, Terry Boals.
A memorial service will take place on Friday at 7pm at the FRANK E. SMITH FUNERAL HOME. Family and friends may call from 5 until 7pm on Friday at the funeral home. Caring Cremation has taken place.
