Carl Gene Lehman, age 85, of Baltimore died August 24th, 2015 at his residence. He was born on March 17th, 1930 to the late Carl S. and Naomi Reedy Lehman. He was a member of the Thurston United Methodist Church. He retired from the former Crown-Zellerbach Corp. He was a former owner of the Lehmans Kozy Korner Restaurant in Baltimore with his wife Louise. He was a 32nd degree Mason where he was a 60 year member. He was a life member of the Baltimore VFW. Gene enjoyed mowing his lawn and raising horses throughout his life. He was an amazing individual who loved his family and will greatly be missed.
He is survived by his sons, Ronald (Perri) Lehman, and Kris (Janele) Lehman; grandchildren, Brad (Jessie) Lehman, Alexis Lehman, Tara Lehman, and Dustin Lehman; great granddaughter, Mackenzie Lehman; sister Dorothy Hudnell; several nieces and nephews; and special friend, Justine Wildermuth.
Gene was preceded in death by his parents; his brother John W. Lehman; and his wife of 58 years, Mary Louise Lehman.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday at 1:30PM at the Johnson-Smith Funeral Home Chapel, Baltimore with Rev. Dr. Rebeka Maples officiating. A Baltimore Veteran Burial Detail service will follow in Maple Grove Cemetery. Friends may call Friday from 2-4; 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home. Memorials may be given to the Mt.
