Gary G. Donaldson

Gary G. Donaldson 60 of Lancaster, Ohio, passed away Monday, May 24, 2021 at OSU Wexner Medical Center. He enjoyed cooking and had been a chef at the Glenn Laurels Inn in Hocking County.

He is survived by his wife of 25 years but together for 36 years, Stacy Donaldson; daughters, Crystal Donaldson of Lancaster, Ohio, Brooke Donaldson of Logan, Ohio and Felishia Donaldson of Columbus, Ohio; mother and step-father, Hilde and Rick Allen of Baltimore, Ohio; brother, David (Jodi) Donaldson of Logan, Ohio; nephews, Matthew (Sarah) Buckalew, Michael Donaldson, and Cameron Donaldson; best friend, Ritchie Bitler and mother-in-law, Joanna Thompson.

Gary was preceded in death by his father, Herbert R. Donaldson and cousins, Tony and Carla Chevalier.

Funeral service will be held Friday, May 28, 2021 at 3:00 p.m. at the JOHNSON-SMITH FUNERAL HOME CHAPEL, 207 S. MAIN ST., BALTIMORE, OHIO 43105. Friends may visit 2 hours prior to the service at the funeral home.  Burial will follow in Union Cemetery, Baltimore, Ohio.

Memorial gifts may be given to the funeral home to help with expenses.
