Freddie Pace, Sr

Freddie Loyd Pace, Sr. 65 of Lancaster, Ohio died Sunday, July 19, 2015 at this residence. He was a Vietnam veteran serving in the US Army and a machinist for General Motors Corp.
He was a member of the East Side Church of Christ, Lancaster-Fairfield Community Action Board and an avid volunteer.
Freddie is survived by his wife, Janine Pace; children, grandchildren; great-grandchildren; five brothers; six sisters and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Jessie and Helen Pace.
Funeral service will be held Saturday, August 1, 2015 at 2 p.m. at Good Shepherd Church, 700 Spring St., Lancaster, Ohio 43130. Caring Cremation® to follow. Interment will be at a later date in Maple Grove Cemetery, Lancaster, Ohio. Friends may visit 2 hours prior to the service on Saturday at the church.
Arrangements are being handled by the FRANK E. SMITH FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATORY, 405 N. COLUMBUS ST., LANCASTER, OH 43130.
