Frank Harlan

Franklin L. Harlan, 74, of Lancaster, passed away on December 7, 2018 at the Fairfield Medical Center. He was born on June 14, 1944 in Randolph Co., West Virginia to the late Eugene and Margaret Harlan.

Frank was quick witted and always enjoyed a good joke. He loved The Lord, his family, and even to dance. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

Frank is survived by his son, Frank (Karen) Harlan; daughters; Jessica (Mike) Grant, and Amy (Rodney) Bryant; grandchildren, Kaitlyn (Brent) Walker, Kenny (Jaymie) Harlan, Amber (Mike) Angeski; Kyle (Becky) Tussing, Joshua Harlan, and Jacob Bryant; several great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews, and daughter.

He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers and several aunts and uncles.

A memorial service will be announced this coming spring, taking place in Jimtown, WV. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in memory of Frank to the Fairhope Hospice and Pallative care. Caring Cremation has taken place by the FRANK E. SMITH FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATORY.
