Floyd J. Hook, 70, of Baltimore, passed away peacefully at his home on Friday, September 1, 2017. He was born July, 24, 1947, in Blacklick, Ohio to the late Floyd S. and Alveda (Looker) Hook.

Floyd worked for many years for Worthington Industries.

He is survived by his daughters, Tammy Cote and Tracy (Steve) Hall; four grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; and sisters, Ruthann Griffith and Mary Nowell.

He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Nance Hook; his parents; brothers, John Hook and Homer Lee Hook; and sisters, Florence Ellen Spurgeon and Margaret Root.

A graveside service will be held at 10:00 AM Saturday, September 9, in Violet Cemetery, 180 E. Columbus St, Pickerington, Ohio 43147 with Chaplain Mark Linn officiating. Family and friends may visit from 9 to 10 AM Saturday at the cemetery.
