Florence Moore

Florence E. Moore, 91, of Baltimore, Ohio died Saturday, February 21, 2015 at her home. She was retired from the F&R Lazarus Company where she worked for many years in children/youth clothing departments.
She is survived by daughter Gretta Ware of Tucson, Arizona, son Greg (Cindy) of Columbus Ohio, six grandchildren, Lynne Ware (Paul Robinson) of West Yorkshire, England, Lisa (Michael) Polletta of Tucson, Arizona, Megan Moore of Columbus, Ohio, Brandon (Marcy) Moore of Boston, Massachusetts, Ashley (Steve) Turner of Pickerington, Ohio and Lindsay (Corey) Kirk of Pickerington, Ohio, great grandson Jennings Polletta of Tucson, Arizona, great-granddaughters Madison and Hope Turner of Pickerington, Ohio, nieces and nephews, and loving friends and neighbors.
She was preceded in death by her husband of sixty-four years Ray Moore, son Jerry Moore, son-in-law Doyle Ware, parents George and Mary Tigner, brother Harvey, sisters Della, Ethel, Carrie and several nieces and nephews. Her life was long and fruitful.
She will be remembered for her love of family and the pleasure that each new member brought, her strong sense of personal values, wonderful holiday family gatherings, beautiful handwork and an ongoing dedication to all aspects of gardening and yard projects. She is loved and will be forever missed.
A funeral service will take place on Friday at 12 Noon at the FRANK E. SMITH FUNERAL HOME, 405 N. Columbus St. Lancaster, OH 43130. Family and friends may call on Friday one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Burial will follow the service at Forest Rose Cemetery.
