Elsie Brown

Elsie E. Brown 84 of Logan, Ohio formerly of Lancaster, Ohio passed away Monday, September 4, 2017 at her residence.

She was retired from Anchor Hocking Glass Corp., a member of the A.F. G. W. U. #540, Parents without Partners and Olivedale Senior Citizens Center.

Elsie is survived by her daughter, Phyllis (Mike) Guisinger of Logan, Ohio; two grandchildren, Justin (Christine) Roe of Commercial point, Ohio and Beth Guisinger and four great grandchildren, Tyler Roe, Jenna Roe, Amya Guisinger and Arabella Guisinger; special friends, Janet Swoyer and family and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her son, Harold Brown, parents, William and Nora Wine, 2 brothers, Homer Wine and Walter Wine, 2 sisters, Beverly Wine and Nora Wine, nephew, Jimmy Wine and close friend, Larry Fox.

A graveside service will be held Friday, September 8, 2017 at 10:30 a.m. at Wesley Chapel Cemetery, Hocking County, Ohio with Pastor Doug Stull officiating. Friends may visit Thursday from 5-8 p.m. at the FRANK E. SMITH FUNERAL HOME, 405 N. COLUMBUS ST., LANCASTER, OHIO 43130.

Memorial gifts may be given to the Fairfield County Humane Society, 1721 Granville Pike, Lancaster, Ohio 43130.
