Elizabeth Hale

Elizabeth M. Hale, age 91, of Lancaster died Monday July 30, 2012 at the LanFair Center.

She was a lifetime member of the Grace United Church of Christ, member of the Fairfield Fish and Game Association, and the Fairfield County Extension and was a member of the LHS Reunion Committee class of 1939.

She is survived by daughters, Carol (Marcus) Rector, Reno, NV and Linda (Edward) Kilbarger, Baltimore; sons, Alan H. Hale and friend Tillie Bowers, Mark E. and Janice Hale, Jackson, OH, Roger L. and Sandy Hale, Lancaster and Jon E. and Michelle Hale, Lancaster; 14 grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren; nieces and nephews; and sister-in-law, Trudi Hale, Lancaster.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Edward E. Hale in 2010; parents Omar R. and Grace Hughes and an infant brother.

A Caring Cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be announced later by the Frank E. Smith Funeral Home & Crematory, Lancaster. Memorials may be given to the Grace United Church of Christ, 1185 Pleasantville Road Lancaster, OH 43130.
