Eileen Crist

Eileen Priscilla Crist, 88, of Lancaster, passed away peacefully at the Pickering House, with her family by her side, on Monday, December 5, 2016.

Eileen enjoyed going to Risch’s for coffee with friends and reading the newspaper. She was an avid bowler and card player. She will also be remembered for her favorite saying, “Wouldn’t that jar ya?”

Eileen is survived by her daughter, Patty (Mike) Young; son, Bob Crist; grandchildren, Tammy (Chip) Childers, Heidi (Shawn) Sparks, Heather (Walter) Martin, Tommy Crist, Shawn Crist, and Rod Crist; great grandchildren, Andrew, Austin, Wesley, Zack, and Haley; sister, Betty Spangler; brothers, Henry (Carolyn) Wiseman, Vern (Mary) Wiseman, and Bud Wiseman; nieces and nephews; and special extended family, Holly Ferguson, Maryann Krannitz, and Carol Frear.

Eileen was preceded in death by her husband, Floyd Crist; sons, Floyd Eugene Crist and Thomas Crist; parents, Rosa and David Wiseman; sisters, Marcella Butterbaugh and Mildred Widener; and brothers, Floyd, Lloyd, and David Wiseman.

Funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM Friday at the FRANK E. SMITH FUNERAL HOME, Lancaster. Burial will follow in Maple Grove Cemetery, Lancaster. Friends may visit from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM Thursday at the funeral home.
