E. Keith Stalder

E. Keith Stalder, age 82, of Baltimore, died Tuesday October 8th, 2013 at the Fairfield Medical Center. He was born in Lancaster on January 24th, 1931 to Edward and Mary Neel Stalder. He was a Class of 1949 Liberty Union graduate. He retired from Crown Zellerback, a proud member of the NRA and Fairfield Fish and Game. He was an avid woodworker who will be greatly missed by his family and all who knew him.
He is survived by his loving wife of 60 years, Dona Rae Stalder of Baltimore; children, Randy Stalder of Baltimore, Jeff (Carla) Stalder, Linda (Darby) Richards, Mike (Sue) Stalder all of Lancaster; grandchildren, Jeffrey (Robin) Stalder of Amanda, Emily (Mark) Johnson of Lancaster, Kimberly Stalder of Gahanna, Nicki (Michael Walker) Glenn of Rushville, and Kurtis Tufts of Lancaster; great-grandchildren, Dakota Stalder, Morgan Stalder, Chelsa Glenn, and Donna Glenn; brother Neel (Carolyn) Stald er of Lancaster; sisters, Louise (John) Barber of Glenford and Jane (Jim) Starner of Thornville; and several nieces and nephews.
Keith was preceded in death by his parents, son, Steve Stalder and brother, David Stalder.
A service will take place on Saturday at 2PM at the JOHNSON-SMITH FUNERAL HOME in Baltimore, officiated by Pastor Ben Foulk. Burial will take place following the service at Maple Grove Cemetery. Family and friends may call from 2 until 4 and 6 until 8 PM on Friday at the funeral home and one hour prior to the service on Saturday. Online condolences can be made at www.funeralhome.com.
