Dorothy B. Bright 92 of Lancaster, Ohio passed away Friday, July 6, 2012 at Crestview Manor Nursing Home.
She was a retired selector for Anchor Hocking Glass Corp. Plant 2 with 45 years of service. She was a member of Lancaster United Brethren Church, lifetime member of the A.F.G.W.U. and a volunteered at Fairfield Medical Center for 25 years.
Dorothy is survived by her son, James E. (Barbara0 Bright of Canal Winchester, Ohio; daughter, Dee (Don) Dupler of Lancaster, Ohio; four grandchildren, Shelly (Jeff) Nastali, Cheryl (Joe) Bright-Mitchell, Mark Shaw and Amy (Ryan) Miller, three great grandchildren; sister, Marguerite Bussart of Amanda, Ohio; many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Edward and Sadie Stalder, 6 brothers and sisters.
Funeral service will be held Tuesday, July 10, 2012 at 10:30 a.m. at the Lancaster United Brethren Church with Rev. Henry W. Cadwell officiating. Burial to follow in Maple Grove Cemetery, Lancaster, Ohio. Friends may visit at the church on Monday from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. and 1 hour prior the service at the church on Tuesday.
Memorial gifts may be given to the Lancaster United Brethren Church, 1125 Pleasantville Rd., Lancaster, Ohio 43130. Arrangements are being handled by the FRANK E. SMITH FUNERAL HOME, 405 N. COLUMBUS ST., LANCASTER, OHIO 43130.
