Dorothy M. Brandyberry 94 of Lancaster, Ohio went to be with her Lord on Tuesday, May 20, 2014 at the Pickering House. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church, a loving and devoted Pastors wife. She attended Cleveland Bible College.
Dorothy is survived by her daughter, Cathy (Ed) Helber of Lancaster, Ohio; sons, David Brandyberry of Georgia, Tom (Carol) Brandyberry of Blacklick, Ohio and Paul (Nancy) Brandyberry of Grafton, Ohio; daughter-in-law, Betty Brandyberry of Centerville, Ohio; 12 grandchildren, Josh (Mindy) Brandyberry, Christian (Rebecca) Brandyberry,
Todd Brandyberry, Lynn Rhyne, Mike (Tschanen) Brandyberry, Julie (David) OConnor, Jeff (Natalie) Brandyberry, Lindsay (Taylor) Stalf, Allan (Holly) Helber, Scot (Amber) Helber, Jennifer (Mike) Cobb, and Sean (Tulena) Brandyberry; 25 great-grandchildren; sister, Ruth L. Lindeberg of Billings, Montana; several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 64 years, Rev. Simeon W. Brandyberry, son, Timothy R. Brandyberry, parents, Charles D. and Ruth Reed, and sister, Eleanor H. Cohen.
Funeral service will be held Friday, May 23, 2014 at 2:30 p.m. in the FRANK E. SMITH FUNERAL HOME CHAPEL, 405 N. COLUMBUS ST., LANCASTER, OHIO 43130 with Rev. Cheryl Foulk officiating. Burial to follow in Maple Grove Cemetery, Lancaster, Ohio. Friends may visit Friday from 12:30-2:30 p.m. at the funeral home.
