Donna Bader

Donna Lee (Hoffman) Bader 81 of Baltimore, Ohio peacefully passed away Monday, September 19, 2016 at the Pickering House surrounded by her family.

She was retired from the Liberty Union Thurston Schools as a bus driver and later the Transportation Coordinator and a member of the Trinity United Church of Christ.

Donna is survived by her husband of 63 years, Glenn Bader Sr.; children, Glen (Margo) Bader, Jr of Baltimore, Pamela (Marc) Haberman of Columbus, David Bader of Lancaster, Mark (Andi Tejchman) Bader of Virginia Beach, Michael (Melissa) Bader of Baltimore; grandchildren, Jared (Tiffany) Bader, David Haberman, Daniel Haberman, Skylar Bader, Justin Bader, Hunter Bader, Matthew (Marla) Bader, Maxwell (Danielle) Bader, Miles Bader, Mason Bader; great-grandchildren, Jackson Bader, Ian Bader, Judah Haberman, Reagan Bader; step-great grandson, Dylan Davis; brother, John (Debbie) Hoffman of Baltimore, sister, Barbara (David) Haffey of Lancaster, sisters-in-law, Sharon Hoffman, Carol Hoffman and Patsy Bader.

A special thank you to everyone at FairHope Hospice and Pickering House staff who provided Donna and her family with loving, thoughtful and compassionate care.

She was preceded in death by her infant children, Larry Lee Bader and Deborah Elaine Bader, parents, Donald Hoffman, Jenny Louise (Mees) Hiles, step-father, Tom Hiles Sr., brothers, Fred Hoffman and Donald Hoffman.

Funeral service will be held Friday, September 23, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. at Trinity United Church of Christ with Rev. Jill Dunlap officiating. Burial will follow in Union Evangelical Cemetery. Friends may visit Thursday from 4-7 p.m. at the JOHNSON-SMITH FUNERAL HOME, 207 S. MAIN ST., BALTIMORE, OHIO 43105 and 1 hour prior to the service on Friday at the church.
