Donald Richard Parke

Donald Richard Parke, age 67 of Lancaster died August 9th, 2020 at his residence.  He was born to the late Donald and Marion Parke on January 6th, 1953 in Sidney, Ohio.  He served his country in the United States Air Force.  He enjoyed woodworking as a journeyman framer. But his real passions were in film and literature.  His personality, genius, and love will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

Donald was survived by his Children, Alex (Jamie) Parke, Shelley Parke, Dylan Parke, Kyna (Dodd Pace) Steinfurth, Shannon Steinfurth, and Amber Stone; grandchildren, Conner, Amalia Isaac, and Aethan Parke, Taylor and Katie Peeps; best friend, Laurel Parke; and close lifelong friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

A graveside service will take place at 1PM on Friday August 14th at Maple Grove Cemetery in Lancaster.  Family and friends may call one hour prior to the service at the cemetery on Friday. Due to Covid-19 please practice social distancing at the cemetery.
