Donald Miller

Donald “Magilla” Miller, 63, of Lancaster, ended his long battle with cancer on July 25, 2013.

Don was a Vietnam Veteran, serving in the U.S. Army. Don loved the outdoors. Some of his favorite activities were hunting and fishing.

Don is preceded in death by his parents, Edward Miller and Clara Belle Fox.

Don is survived by sons, Donnie (Luann) Miller, Brett (Nikki) Miller, Shawn (Nichole) Rooney, and Nick Miller; daughter, Jamie (Jim) Miller; grandchildren, Macy, Mason, Kaelen, Knox, Allee, Ethan, Noah, Jadin, and Jase; sisters, Darla (Charley) Reeves and Donna Kay Anderson, very special friend Deb.

Calling hours will be held Sunday July 28th from 2-4 and 6-7:30 p.m. with a funeral service to follow at the Frank E. Smith Funeral Home, 405 N Columbus St, Lancaster, Ohio. Graveside service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Monday at Maple Grove Cemetery, Cincinnati-Zanesville Rd NE, Lancaster with the Lancaster Veterans Burial Detail performing military burial rites.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the funeral home to assist with funeral expenses.
