Dennis Blankenship

Dennis Blankenship, age 93 of Carroll passed away at his residence on June 14, 2021.  He was born to the late David and Tennessee Cline Blankenship in Gilbert, WV on Feb 25, 1928.  He was a painter who was very good at what he did.  He enjoyed watching NASCAR and spending time with his family.  He will be greatly missed.

He is survived by his loving wife of 62 years, Agnes Blankenship; children, Sandra Haywood, Denise (Curt) Burchett, Donna Blankenship, and Kathleen Kenyatta; 8 grandchildren, and 13 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, siblings, Frank, Lynn, Glen, Kelly, Kenneth, Anna Jean, and Myla.

A funeral service will take place on Friday June 18th at 2:30PM at the Frank E. Smith Funeral Home.  Burial will follow the service.  Family and friends may visit from 12:30 until the time of service.  Online condolences can be made at www.funeralome.com
