David Kistler

David A. Kistler, 58, of Pleasantville, went to his heavenly father on January 24, 2015, surrounded by his family. He was a caring husband, son, father, and grandfather.

David is survived by his wife, Eva Kistler; father, Robert (Marilyn) Kistler Sr.; children, Billy Reynolds, Angel (Jeff) McKittrick, Mike Pettit, Kacy (Julie) Pettit, and Jackie (Cathy) Senig; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; brothers, Bob (Judy) Kistler Jr. and Ed (Sue) Kistler; and sisters, Renee Gulick and Shelly Nugent.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Esther Kistler; brother, Jim Kistler; sister, Cheryl Campbell; and nephews, Joey Kistler and Fred Campbell.

The funeral service will take place on Wednesday January 28, 2015, at 10:30 a.m. at the Johnson-Smith Funeral Home located at 207 S. Main Street in Baltimore with Betty Brooks officiating. Burial will follow at Floral Hills Memory Gardens in Lancaster. Friends and family may call Tuesday from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. and one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
