Darlene Hedges

Darlene Flowers Hedges 61 of Lancaster, Ohio, passed away Saturday, December 5, 2015 at Fairfield Medical Center. She loved dogs, cats and flowers.

She is survived by her husband of 40 years, Paul Hedges, Jr.; daughter, Danielle Hedges of Lancaster, Ohio; Jason Hedges of Canal Winchester, Ohio; step-children, Christopher (Rose) Hedges of Logan, Ohio, Troy Hedges and Michelle (Scott) Hedges Russell all of Lancaster, Ohio; 11 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; father, Donald V. Flowers, Sr.; brothers, Donald V. Flowers, Jr. and John Yates; mother-in-law, Marguerite ‘Peg” Hedges; sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Daniel and Carolyn Ellerman all of Lancaster, Ohio; several nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Evelyn Yates, infant son, Travis Michael Hedges.

Funeral service will be held Thursday, December 10, 2015 at 1:30 p.m. in the FRANK E. SMITH FUNERAL HOME CHAPEL, 405 N. COLUMBUS ST., LANCASTER, OHIO 43130. Burial will follow in Amanda Twp. Cemetery. Friends may visit Wednesday from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
