Dan E. Johnson, age 56, of Lancaster died at his residence on July 21st, 2016. He was born in Lancaster, on March 22, 1960 to his parents Robert and Marjorie Miller Johnson. Dan was a machinist for Diamond Power for 34 years. He was known for his “Little Red Corvette” in mud running competitions, which was a jacked up corvette with huge tires. Dan enjoyed farming and loved his job at Diamond Power. He will be greatly missed.
Dan is survived by his loving wife of 24 years, Kathy Kilbarger Johnson; daughter, Kayla Johnson; mother, Marjorie Johnson; siblings, Van (Molly) Johnson, Joy (Jeff) Jackson, Mark Johnson, and Brian (Becky) Johnson; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, Robert Johnson and sister Judy Rutter.
A funeral service will take place on Monday at 10:30AM at the Frank E. Smith Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Stukey Cemetery.
