Curtis R. Huffer, age 75 of Lancaster, died Feb. 15th, 2018 at the Chillicothe Veterans Hospital. He was born to the late, George Jr. and Mable Poling Huffer, on Aug. 21, 1942. Curtis was a 1960 graduate of Bremen High School. He served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War. He enjoyed making cheese at the Pickerington Creamery, loved mowing grass, the Cincinnati Reds and the Chicago Bears. Cutis will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
He is survived by his brother, Roger E. Huffer; nieces, Jennifer Miliser and Amy (Michael) Baker; and nephew, Jason Huffer.
Curtis was preceded in death by his parents, and brothers, Kenneth N. Huffer and George L. Huffer Jr.
A funeral service will take place on Saturday, at 1PM at the FRANK E. SMITH FUNERAL HOME in Lancaster. Burial will follow at Grandview cemetery. Family and friends may call from 11AM until 1PM at the funeral home on Saturday. Online condolences can be made at www.funeralhome.com
