Cinda Duggan

Cinda S. Duggan, age 67, of Thurston died August 26th, 2015 at her residence. She was born on August 13th, 1948 to her late parents, Donald and Barbara Jackson Ruckman. Cinda worked at 3M for several years, but was known for her work with the Ladies Auxillary VFW post #3761 where she was a lifetime member and past president. She loved the Fairfield County Fair, especially the horses, and enjoyed mushroom hunting. Cinda will be greatly missed.
She is survived by her son, James L. Ruckman; fiancé, Gary Reef; brothers, Steve (Becky) Ruckman and Rodger L. (Brenda) Ruckman; sister Kay Baker; brother-in-law, Fuzz Englehart; several nieces and nephews; and good friends, Eddie Duggan and Jerri Nafzger.
Cinda was preceded in death by her parents; sisters Becky Elam, Dee Grines, and twin sister, Linda Englehaart, and brother, Bub Ruckman.
A service will take place on Monday at 10:30 at the JOHNSON-SMITH FUNERAL HOME, Baltimore, officiated by Rev. Jill Dunlap. A commital service will take place at Old School Primitive Baptist Church following the service. Family and friends may visit on Sunday from 1PM-4PM at the funeral home.
