Chris English, 42, of Lancaster, passed away on Saturday, December 14, 2013, at the Pickering House.
Chris was a graduate of DeVry University and he was employed for 14 years with the Dysart Corporation. He was a great handyman. Chris was also a motorcycle enthusiast and always a dare devil.
Chris is survived by his fiance of 13 years, Jennifer Church; parents, Ed and Kathy English of Lancaster; sisters, Melissa (Phil Strawn) Hefele of Olathe, Kansas and Karen (Steve Lynch) English of Garland, Texas; nieces and nephews, Justin Hefele, Zack Hefele, Hanna Lynch, Sammy Lynch, Kayla Pennell, and Tayler Pennell; special nephew, Kevin English; great nieces, Katlyn English and Makenna Hefele; sister-in-law, Danyeil (Trent Pennell) Church; mother-in-law, Ruth Daubenmire; close friend, Nick Irvin; aunts, Marge Fann and Patricia Szarzynski; uncle, Thomas (Karen) Hough; several cousins; and good friends, Shirley Wasem and Paul and Carol Toole.
Chris was preceded in death by his grandparents, Francis and Olive Scott and Tom and Marge Hough.
A celebration of Christophers life will take place at a later date in St. Louis, Missouri. Caring Cremation has taken place with the Frank E. Smith Funeral Home, Lancaster.
