Charles E. “Charlie” Walker, 75, of Lancaster, passed away from a long battle with COPD on August 3, 2020 at Buckeye Care and Rehab. He was born to the late Ephra and Iva Walker on October 26, 1944 in Logan, West Virginia.
Charlie was an avid softball player, and was inducted into the Columbus Softball Hall of Fame.
He is survived by his children, Bret Walker, Mari Beth (Leonard) Locke, and Travis Walker; granddaughter, Natalie Locke; great grandson, Jaxon Locke; brothers, Gene Walker, and Butch (Paula) Walker; sister, Mardee (Steve) Skiver; friend and former companion, Jennifer Crist; and many nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his sister-in-law, Peggy Walker; nephew, Barry Walker; and parents.
